Insane Radio 6935 AM 0153 UTC 08 May 2016

Hearing what sounds like Johnny Cash S6 but mixed with mucho static.
0224 OM announcements preceded by a dial tone and DTMF and modem noises but can't make it out.
0225 telephone ringing into music.

Hearing what sounded like jazzy horn music (ala Dave Brubeck) around 0219.
Heard announcer and a dial tone and dtmf tones briefly @ 0221.
Seems to be off or faded @ 0223.

SDR recording catch. 0153 sign on with repeated IDs. Faded in and out between then and 0258 sign off.
