UnId (so far), 6930L, 0352, 7/4/16.  Heavy metal, indistinct talk and an evil laugh, "Bump in the night," creepy sfx, 0358 off.  Back a few minutes later with rap / house music.

SDR recording catch. 0340 sign on with a very strong signal, SIO 444, perhaps even 555 at times.
