Not sure if it's Myanmar R. or Radio Taiwan intl. i guess it's the second, vy strong this morning on 7200kHz. Up to 20dB over.

I can often hear both of them at the same time before dawn my time (lately around 12:20 UTC), but yes, if it's just one, it's probably Taiwan.
