I'm not sure what mode this is.  I guess its some data mode.  It appears to be very wide from about 6945.388 to about 6,948.438 khz.
When I widen the waterfall on the SDRPlay it appears to have 9 separate streams I'm guessing of data.

Bill, search the forum for stanag.  Been reported a lot in this are in the last year or so.  Token has made several response posts on this.

What you have there now (and for the last 24+ hours) is a broken signal.  What has been there is STANAG 4481 FSK, encrypted RTTY with 850 Hz shift.  For the past week all that has been present is the resting leg, one of the two tones, on 6947.425, looking like a dead carrier.
