Will have a look over here in Australia, be handy if I knew its schedule.  CHU Canadian Time Signal is just starting to come in on 3.330MHz 319 report via CW zero beat so USA wilL be about.  Presume it's in English and in North America region?

The transmission on 6.519MHz USB is WLO Mobile Radio, Alabama USA with maritime weather report.  It's 5X7 here at present 0832z... :D
