  Radio Hargeysa being heard on 7120 (inside the North American Amateur Radio 40m Band). September 9 0330 Z, just at/past their GL between us. Weak but there with Somali tx and occasional EE words, heavy QRM (some intentional and directed at the Somalis) from Euro and North American Amateurs. 0400 Z now being reported on Amateur Radio DX clusters.
