Maybe he'll bring back Voice of Moscow on shortwave. Which will hopefully encourage VOA to also going again, along with Deutsche Welle, R Netherlands, BBC, RCI, R Luxembourg, and WRNO Worldwide.

Little of the Soviet era mil/gov apparatus was actually disbanded in the "collapse" of the Soviet Union, just changed the names of the departments. The old commies then changed into anti commies and continued on in their old occupations. And let some oligarchs walk away with millions from pilfered public property and natural resources.

So about ten minutes ago I sent a letter to Elena Osipova asking her if there are plans to return transmitting to North America.
And instead I got one of those Mailer-Daemon @ Yahoo. Uggghhh!   :(

The next time write "CO Svetlana Fansome" in the header. That should work. Give her Al's current address, he's been running a little behind on the alimony, but he's flush now that he sold HAARP.
