0215 seemed to be off for a while (like half an hour or so) but back on now

I sometimes hear big band mx on this freq,
even in the middle of the day but always
just barely above the noise level. I heard it
sometime this afternoon and I could barely
make out the mx but couldn't even see it
in the waterfall. Sure wish someone could
ID this station - I think it is always the same
station.

It's a good chance it is Radio Zed if your hearing Big Band Music. Usually he posts in the thread if it was him. He hasn't done that yet.

Yes, that was Zed last night for about 20 minutes.  However, you'd never catch me in the daytime.  The only exception might be as late as 0800 EST if I'm testing very early in the morning.
