2256 UTC OM with "If you want a QSL from Partial India Radio.... haroldkrishnapir@gmail.com
2258 UTC Signal is S3 peaks with deep fades into the noise...OM talking about someone singing the National Anthem at the Indian Cricket League
2301 UTC Music box tune
2303 UTC Signal dropped into the noise...tough copy now
2312 UTC AIR interval signal(sort of), then OM with ID....partial copy at best now

6940 USB at 22:50 UTC 11/05/2016 - Station ID and Email address to send reports followed by Partial India Radio News and Sports report.

23:00 UTC - Played tape of a man "Ranting" - Shockingly funny! A guy quitting?
23:07 UTC - Cartoon Music and "More Ranting!"

Signal got very strong after 23:00 then deep faqding at 23:12 then good signal returned at 23:15.
