2212z - RAHKMAN DE TALIB, QRV K
2214z - TALIB DE RAHKMAN, MESSAGE WILL BE SENT IN CONTESIA
2216z - RAHKMAN DE TALIB, RGR SLITCHING NO R  (I think this should read SWITCHING NOW)
2219z - 'Contestia' digi transmission - ~90 seconds in length

nothing heard after except for unknown digital transmission - not sure what is meant by CONTESIA. I may have misheard since the tail end of this transmission experienced fading

Thanks Terry! I found an example of a 'contestia' file online and it sounds similar to this transmission in question. I have a recording of the 'contestia' transmission and will try to decode it.

CONTESIA is a digital mode, available in FLDIGI. I use it all the time for some of the nets I check into. If they use TxId it will auto switch. We use 4/250.
