Strong S8 signal

0410z - series of slow speed grouping of dashes

I started counting the series of dashes but nothing makes sense. It's not the typical dot/dash  - just a series of dashes in different groups.

0440z - still there non-stop
0512z - finally stopped

Hearing it on the west coast of BC, as well. Pretty weak and not moving the S meter. FT-2000 and G5RV.
