 Signal is good but was stronger a few minutes ago with Partial India Radio at 00:50UTC here i South Carolina mentioning something to do about Cricket. Also talking about Richard Rife about incarnation! A clear ID at 00:53UTC mentioning something about playing a tape!

Partial India Radio, 6935 USB, 0034, 11/28/16.  "Super Freak," ID by a woman, brief instrumental flute music, another ID, "article" on trades in the Indian cricket league, number of ID's in sequence, tinkly music on to a program of short skits, ID's etc. with Harold Krishna.
