I have a strong feeling that 3LOVK on 7.988MHz CW is Indonesian as I do copy quite a lot of deep sea Indonesian fishing vessel traffic in CW on that frequency from their Purse Seiner fleets.  Often that frequency becomes quite busy 0700-1000z.
