2018- back on with music, strong UTE QRM on top of signal

2028- "U.N.I.T.Y" Queen Latifah

2040- bit of "U.N.I.T.Y" into "You've Got A Friend" Carole King

2015 UTC Back up again but signal strength is weaker and with RTTY QRM
(Playing a song I've heard several times in 2015 but no ID on the station or the song...hmmm)
This song gives a different ID every time I shazam it
