2239 heard CW, then 70s style hard rock song. Decent 222 signal. Song had cutouts at 2240
2246 Pee Wee ID in CW over the music (it's faded but still on the air)
2247 Pee Wee ID again. Seems to be off now.

Thanks for the show!

At 2244utc, barely hear weak bits of audio under massive 3 phase static from the 2400/4160 primary due to fresh snowfall. Also, my dipole is sagging halfway down to the ground under heavy wet snow. (There is a 20 pound weight at the tree termination after the rope goes through a pulley at the tree) Also there is a 34kv line a block away feeding the substation 1½ blocks away and that can cause static too.
Drake R8, Kenwood R-2000, Panasonic RF-4900, Sony 2010, Realistic DX440, Grundig Satellit 500, 7mhz backyard dipole, Mt Prospect, IL 20miles (32km) NW of downtown Chicago. I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. I don't have Uverse but neighbors do. williamhassig@yahoo.com
