Mystery CW stations...can any one ident?
« on: November 22, 2016, 2139 UTC »
Can any of the more experienced DXers who chase the mystery stations help me identify the stations listed below?  Google and other HF radio sites haven't turned up anything that can shed light as to who or what these stations are.  All are quiet regular here so are not one off and thus appear to be established:

4.003MHz  1710z  CW  "de 2QLC 2QLC 2QLC V NG3Y NG3Y NG3Y." Not as strong as its brother on 4.859MHz.
4.532MHz  1722z  CW  "de RIS9 RIS9 RIS9 V M8JF M8JF M8JF." Always a fair signal, been hearing this one for around six weeks now.
4.859MHz  1715z  CW  "de 2QLC 2QLC 2QLC V NG3Y NG3Y NG3Y." Often up to 569 report, clearly related to the one above RIS9, there on a daily basis. Spy station?
5.376MHz  1907z  CW  "RK RK de WJ5S" Heard WJ5S a number of times here, appears to be working other stations that I cannot hear, maybe split freq?
7.809MHz  1029z  CW  " VVV VHY K CQ CQ K DE VHY" Checked Australian data base and not listed. Maybe another Commonwealth country?  Appears to work stations.
8.360MHz  1025z  CW  "VVV Q2M Q2M Q2M de NYZ NYZ NYZ" Often vanishes for a day or two then reappears.
12.235MHz  0822z  CW  "VVV VVV VVV de PHO" Possibly Indonesian maritime, always strong.

I found mention somewhere that RIS9 is suspected to be in Europe and possibly Macedonia Military.  However, RIS9 was heard yesterday afternoon in clear daylight about 90 minutes before my sunset so I tend to think Asia rather than Europe and China was very strong on the lower HF aviation frequencies as too the Philippines and Japan.

Any help with the above would be greatly appreciated... ??? :D

I also heard RIS9 CW but on 6.793 Mhz around 07:30 utc.  Weak signal S 3 here in Oregon State. I also do not have any clue as to who this is.

"M8JF M8JF M8JU SE RIS* ISEO V M8JF M8JF M8 O5 DE RIS9 RIS9"
