1712: Can hear OM talking but hard to make out what is being said. Heard something about population & refugees ?
1716: Sounds like a ray gun being charged
1717: Off the air or lost the station
1724: Back on the air
1728: Da Da Da ? being repeated over & over
1729: OM talking again
1733: Instrumental song with guitar
1742: Drums
1743: Electricity ?
1747: Off the air again ?

Good signal but low audio - S9

1723 - am carrier - ray gun audio effects?
1724 - OM with low audio stated " ...it has been known that electromagnetic frequencies cause effects..."
1725 - back to ray gun
1727 - carrier
1729 - muffled voice (om)
1729 - suddenly off air
1730 - sound effects
1731 - music - instrumental
1734 - sounds like an hypnotist, "close your eyes..." but the background sound effects are very distracting
1743 - computer voice ID I think - difficult to understand. Playback several times and sounds like "World Radio Network Shortwave"

A strong S9 here in SW PA at 1730 with what sounded like M rapidly repeating "Dive".
Been listening to him go off and on since about 1655.  Now slow music.  Audio is now up to par and IDable.

1736 "eating human meat when you get hungy"
"Turn the brain upside-down so you can see the underside..."
1739 "Cover your ears with you hands", "Hiding your face", "Brain altering chemicals called LSD

Maybe "Radio Cannibal"??  Hi!!

1743 apparent ID announcement, or at least a mention of radio, shortwave, but might be mentioning other stations
maybe "?? Radio Network", and even mentioned a list of countries.
