I was parked on 6952 usb trying to catch the SSTVs,
picked up some BPSK31 instead. Weak copy.

Interesting station.

WI2XJP is an Experimental  license  for testing  new  image/video  transmission  modes on HF. I have recently  been  switching back and forth with psk31 to test propagation  paths .
Was  running around  75 Watts  to a center fed 162 ft dipole at 70 ft.
