I like to think that just having 12 mods, which by the way I didn't know till you pointed out, is that it is the 12 star signs.

Interesting. I wonder if each moderator was born under a different sign, thus representing the entire Zodiac.

I can't speak for the others, but I've been down since I began to crawl.

Al was the thirteenth mod, but he ascended to Radio God status. I am his Prophet. Send money.

Conquering penguiphobia is the key to worldly happiness. When Al conquered his fear of penguins, the circle was complete. He ascended to the top floor of the Plymouth Meeting Doubletree Guest Suites and Radio God status.

BTW, the yearly trans-polar penguin migration is at full peak. Go out on a moonlit night in the next couple of weeks, look up and you'll see immense flocks of them gliding in a high arcing trajectory north. They go back the other way in late April/early May. It's one of natures great migrations.

This is also the prime season for PSP - Penguin Scatter Propagation - in which semi-relable NVIS props at HF may be had by bouncing signals off of the migrating flocks.  Pirate ops take note.

"Cap'n Ron lands in pursuit of Fansome." is how UPI captioned that photo.

It's no coincidence that Cap'n Ron, JTA's cat Bub, and Radio Bob all went MIA at the same time. Now he's back, angry, armed, and with plenty of money to run Al to ground.
