2320 UTC Just the barest hint of audio here deep in the noise  :(
2333 UTC Signal came up a bit now with "Rapture"-Blondie....some nice S3 peaks well above the noise
2341 UTC "One Way Or Another"-Blondie
2342 UTC "I'm Always Touched (By Your Presence Dear)"-Blondie
(I'm getting S4 peaks now then deep fades into the noise)

UnId, 6925U, 2315 - 2330, 12/30/16.  Just listened to the recording from this time.  Segued rock.  Blondie as noted by others.
