Some intriguing logs there. While I suspect the Asians are garbled decodes, the two close timestamps from Shiriya Saki are interesting. Especially since you don't have any other 200 baud stations on 302 kHz.
Even though I get other WA stations (Appleton is a regular, Whidbey Island is more rare), I never get Robinson Point here, as I have the carrier from a TIS station on 323 kHz. Hmm. I wonder if there's a way to notch it out in software DSP? Right now I just put a tight bandpass filter around the MFSK signal (different widths for 100 and 200 baud).
