Hello Everyone.
I told before Echo of Unification started to transmit new frequencies (SW, FM, but MW has gone.) on Dec. 21. 2016.
And they also began to broadcast PBS(Pyongyang BS) on FM 92.5 92.8 93.6 103.7 MHz.
So South Koreans can listen to V15 through FM.

I received V15 on FM, but that recording file has a lot of noise because I did V15 at first.

Sorry Everyone, I wrote the reception time by mistake.
EDIT: 00:16 UTC → 15:16 UTC

For those not familiar, V15 is broadcast on the regular Pyongyang Broadcasting Service, they just throw the numbers station in between other programming on PBS.  This mornings broadcast that Moomin is reporting on FM would also have been on HF and MW frequencies.  At the time Moomin heard this I was monitoring the same transmission on 6400 kHz and 3320 kHz, also possibly 873 kHz, but audio was too weak to be sure 873 kHz was valid.

This 14 Feb 2017 news item is linked to posting #346 here:
http://radio.chobi.net/DX/SPYnumBBS/?res:192#346

But with all the press people using it as a backdrop, a Google street view at No.7 Jalan Batai; Kuala Lumpur does show a large HF array and a Sat Dish just inside the front gate. Tongue

Most times & frequencies posted are only an approximation.
Due to the insubstantiality of any “control list” or other designator codes, they are never used.
