Keto Without Compromise : Baking Basics
« on: May 01, 2020, 1500 UTC »
I'm pleased to announce that after nearly two years of formulating recipes, testing them, tweaking them, and improving them to perfection, my wife's low carb / keto baking cookbook is finally available. She developed the recipes, but I got to taste test them  :)

Real yeast bread (no, not almond flour), real pizza dough (not the same old "fathead" pizza recipe that gets recycled over and over), cakes, cookies, hoagie rolls, pancakes, waffles, biscuits, muffins (I had a blueberry muffin the other night), even cereal and protein bars. Also sauces, frostings and syrups, it's all in here. Each recipe has the estimated nutritional information including carbohydrates. Most are quite low, about 2g for a slice of bread or cake, 1g for a cookie, and so on).

Available as an eBook for your Kindle, tablet, smartphone, as well as desktop/laptop Kindle viewer app: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B087SJ5SL7/
