Therefore I would tend to RTE Radio1 as well.
I doubt that RTA from Algeria will play this type of music.

Why ?
Western pop music is the usual music played on RTA Chaine 3.

The spoken words are difficult to understand, but it sounds to me more like French than English - but I´m not sure with that.
