Skippy Radio 6930 USB 2225 UTC 14 JAN 2017
« on: January 14, 2017, 2226 UTC »
2225 Faint music, sounds like hard rock.
2232 Rising up nicely, still too hard to identify but sounds like blues now
2237 not hearing much of anything now. Didn't even hear the SSTV.
2239 heard a lick of blues guitar
2251 audio rising again, sounds like hard rock with YL vocals
2254 tone heard, like that of some kind of data (hellschreiber being reported on Ryver chat)

recording of reception when it was peaking at 2234: https://youtu.be/vySpVt8nZpM

This was from the LSB feed which was stronger at my QTH than the USB tx - the LSB tx ended immediately after this SSTV:

USB:

22:54z unknown digital mode & off

23:12z caught most of this SSTV on 6930 USB while scanning the freq's:

22:23z-22:54z Audio

Thanks SR

Sorry for not hetting this up on HFU sooner.
Skippy Radio, 6930 USB, 14 January, 2014, 22:37 UTVC to 22:54 UTC.
Very weak signal here in Northern Massachusetts.
22:37 Slow Scan TV sound.
22:40 Sounded like "Hey Joe" Not sure if it was hendrix or a cover.
22:45, SSTV Sounds
22:50, High pitched female singer..possibly blues type music.
22:54 SSTV Sound.
Then off.
If possible, a qsl would be most appreciated. I know this is not much to go on.
Thanks for broadcasting and 73.
