4770,500USB up to 13,00UTC russian military air control heard 26 Jan 2017 SIO 444
It looks like 4380USB second air controller, whose I heard in the background.

P.S. Correction 08 Feb 2017 !  On the basis of my listning this frequency, I consider that this is not a quiet upper band of mine transmission this station.
Modulation is bad,wide, and voice is audiable only when strengh signal is good.
 The right signal is on 4,775500LSB - see the new entry of this FRQ.
