Faint.....shortwave.info does not list a broadcaster for this frequency at this time.

1209z YL talking and music just over noise
1215z OM talking but cannot understand
1218z YL singer but can't make out song over noise.
1221z Reception stronger but not fully audible - last two songs blues/c&w?

Skipmunk - it could be, I was thinking it might be something across Pacific based on earlier gets this morning.  Feel free to move, not sure I know how.

1212- OM talking at tune in  S1-2 and noisy conditions
1213- music
1215- OM or YL talking then music
1219- dance tune
1220- YL talking into dance song
1223- YL voice "You're listening to..."
1225- hip hop/dance tune OM vocals
1228- YL voice then more dance music
1230- YL voice "this is..., shortwave..." into dance tune YL vocals (tough copy on the voice announcements in the static crashes)
1238- dance song YL vocals
1239- YL talking over the music (getting lots of QRN here now)  S2-3 signal
1242- YL voice "You're listening to..., shortwave..."
1245- dance music
1247- YL voice "You're listening to shortwave..." over the dance music
1256- dance music
1258- YL voice "You're listening to..."
1259- sounded like interval signal music then off.

1223 UTC Good carrier here but audio is low in the mix...YL then UNID dance tune at 1224 UTC

Seems to be bits of music and possible ID's...unsure of language
1229 UTC Shazam says "Dial My Number"-Pauli Carman
1232 UTC YL with ID....I could make out the words "Test transmission"  
1235 UTC YL with ID but still can't quite make out what is being said
1237 UTC YL with clear mention of "Shortwave Service"
(Signal is getting weaker here....mostly at threshold)
1242 UTC YL(Sounds like a YL anyway!)
1247 UTC "What I Got Is What You Need"-Unique
1258 UTC OM talking now but can't make out what he said....
1259 UTC OFF
