                              (Shazam has a hard time decoding music with no vocals).
                              SINPO: 3+,4,3,3,3. Over powering peskie co-frequency ute.
                  0022 Z: Playing instrumental music. CW ID "Pee Wee" during music.
                  0023 Z: OM with "All right boys.....". Then off. Thanks Pee Wee, nice signal for bad conditions,
                               Solar Flux is dropping and A Index is up.
