STANAG 4285 Portuguese Navy CTA

Right now on Twente SDR there is a very strong Stanag 4285 transmission of Portuguese Navy, callsign CTA.
Frequency 14631 kHz
They are transmitting in independent ISB mode. On USB you get the clear text CARB messages, on LSB there is an encrypted transmission.
