2302z Now 6925 LSB... same station? Much better copy with "Fear the Reaper"
2307z 6925 LSB Off and no AM so it was probably the same guy.

I have it here in NY, at 2253 UTC, playing a song with a reggae beat and female vocals.  S7 in NY.  Some CW also on channel, or very close by.  2258 "The Hop" Radio Citizen featuring Bajka (as per Shazam).
