I heard some OTH radar there at 1215z a couple nights ago for several hours. Wonder if it's an ops freq. over in Libya ???

Peace!

OTHR is very common around 6925.  Seems to come from both the Gulf of Mexico and up toward the NE corner of Canada - just guessing, based on comparing signal strength from my home receiver, and Global Tuner remotes in Nova Scotia and Saint-Jean.

The encrypted voice I heard the other night had vocal characteristics that sounded like Spanish, possibly Mexico or Cuba.
