JOSHUA CONTROL resolves to;
 412th TW, Edwards AFB, CA (approach)

UPSET resolves to;
 KC-135R 128th ARG, WI ANG Milwaukee, WI

I don't get it. If Joshua control is in CA, and UPSET 72 is a KC135, they must be wayyyy tf up there for UPSET 72 to be calling CA and I can hear them in south Indiana. I was thinking this must be a U2, SR71, or other high flyer/fast mover up around FL80 or higher..
