 Signal here is weak with music but there is noise here at 00:19UTC! Sounds like some blues but could be wrong! Maybe James Brown! Signal has improve a good bit here at 00:55utc and then a old man came on a said that was a poor shortwave program but yet it was entertaining and then he was gone!
