About the same here in NY.  Found the carrier at 0220 UTC, audio is mostly at imagination levels.  Some occasional talk, but not sure if it's the peskies, or this possible station.  Some talk at 0244 UTC.

I had a carrier from 2240z on 17 March 2017 until about 1013z today 18 March 2017, although the carrier was very weak by that time.
Some usable audio in the 0330-0500 time period, with music heard and occasional voice announcements although to weak to decipher them.
