Listened back on my recording and the ID's at 2247 UTC are clearly Celtic Music Radio  :) I assume that someone is relaying this....but who?  ???

I've been hearing this since 2200 when I turned my radio on.
2345 - ID by OM.  Probably Magic Music Radio
