Captain Morgan Shortwave 6955 USB 0017 UTC 26 Mar 2017
« on: March 26, 2017, 0021 UTC »
S8 to S9 with sound effects and tune with 'A Pirate I Be'
0021 - clear ID by YL with email, then into blues music - "Big Long Buick" by Big Joe & The Dynaflows [nice]
Hearing occasional DTMF tones in the background similar to what Pee Wee had earlier.  Guessing this is a relay by Pee Wee.
