0143z ID /male but static took out all but "..... radio"
0220z peaked up to s8 w/ electronic music

 Was hearing these guys a little earlier about 01:45UTC but signal was weak with music, at the time there is nothing at 01:54UTC some music now bleeding through now!

Looks like the sign on was 0118z as per the SDR recording. Generally an SIO 222 here.
Ironically, the signal peaked around 0619 (with a clear ID!) to SIO 444, just before sign off.
