I heard a replay of if it on last nights news. Out in Tornado Alley people go bughouse crazy when they hear those things.

I'm usually all for pranking, but having lived in places where warning sirens can mean "Bend over and kiss your ass goodbye", this one is a bit beyond the pale. Now, if Fansome lived in Dallas........
