Kuwait Returns!
« on: April 09, 2017, 2316 UTC »
Reports are coming through from Mauno Ritola, Dan Robinson and Rich Nowak that R. Kuwait has returned, using 15540 between 1800 and 2100 in English. I haven't heard them myself yet. Just thought I'd let everyone know. Nice to see a station return, instead of departing!

It is good to see them back. They used to play decent music, more like American Pop music.
