S9+ slight fade, very good copy.
English

1808 Talk of Muhammad/religion.
1814 Music.
1830 ID Radio Kuwait, local time, international and local news.
1842 ID and email kwtfreq@hotmail.com, This email bounced back.
1845 signal down suddenly, still good copy. S1
1915 poor copy now, news.

This may be correct email  kwtfreq@media.gov.kw

Tried yesterday & today...nothing. Turkey @ 0300 & Thailand @ 0000 & 0200 sometimes.
