6698.5 kHz USB.  Not really sure what language I'm hearing here.  My instinct is telling me its Italian but it may actually be something completely different.  Very strong signals SIO 555 at points.  Maybe a different accent of Portuguese.  Either way, its at least 3 stations talking in a "net-like" format, with one station MUCH stronger than the others.
