Russian G06 "German Lady" number station at 5934 kHz (long message). Windows XP "shut down" sound can be heard at end of transmission.

I presume you recorded that transmission at 1830z?  Has it been heard since your posting of 27th April 2017?  If it's been on since will have a look for it at 1830z... :D

2nd and 4th Thursday of the month (in March and April) on 5934 kHz at 1830z.  Now that it is May (and until August) the frequency on these days and in this time slot will be 6887 kHz.  2nd and 4th Fridays at 1930z will be on 5943 kHz from now until August.

Yes, that is the correct time that I recorded this. It started just a few seconds late, as is shown in the UTC time clock widget that can be seen running at the top right of the video screen.

I haven't heard it since I recorded this video. But I checked the Priyom schedule just now and G06 is set for two transmissions today, one at 1700 UTC at 5766 kHz and one at 1800 UTC at 5136 kHz.

I'm going to try to record them both.
