Hmmm, no, checking the waterfall more carefully, this looks like WAH.

That's KAH I believe, I have it on 13566.04. It's blaring (relatively that is) in now, every now and then the S-meter on the IC-7300 actually moves. I can hear it a bit on both of your SDRs.
Enjoying as much as possible usually from Lancaster County PA. I get around a bit.
