Any ideas for music + digital modes, 5743 u at 02:45z 5/14/17?

Heard electronic music followed by alternating digital modes, one of which sounded  SSTV/fax-ish, followed by electronic music (about 30 secs), ending at 03:00z.
Unable to get any decodes and was too slow to record it.  Very strong signal, someone must know it.  Thanx!

VOA radiogram was on 5745 AM in MFSK32 and MFSK16 from 0230 to 0300, most likely what you heard.
