Not sure what this is...  I don't recall hearing this one before.

It is sending a dit every second or so. Every so often, it will send 10 dits very quickly in a row. The period of that seems to be random.

Right in the CB band, and I do not notice any other beacons, and it is not on an exact kHz frequency, so I suspect hobbyist related vs one of the organized ditter networks? Or perhaps ISM?
