Alerted to this by Token. S9+10 peaks early on, but faded to the noise floor for most of it. Still on as of 0432.
0344 "Days of Hard Life"
canswl is right - the modulation does suck. I recorded part of this broadcast and went back over it later, and had S9+30 peaks that could hardly be understood.

0458 Still there but very thin audio just above noise level
0501 Song at better level than speech
0505 Brief announcement then off.

Terribly undermodulated at 04:54 UTC into Victoria, BC.   I normally listen to him every evening, and his modulation absolutely sucks, even compared to other evenings.  Pretty much unreadable despite a good S9 signal.
