New Catch In Southwestern CT
« on: May 28, 2017, 0541 UTC »
Early Saturday morning, I was able to tune in "Red Hot Radio" from Brooklyn.  Station is apparently an FM pirate operation...pulled it in on what appeared to be 105.7 FM (dealing with a radio with dial readout only here).  Caribbean format, with tons of ads playing at the time I was listening.

I wonder how much power they were transmitting with? The local FM station, WEBE 108, transmits with fifty thousand watts of power.  That station can, on a good night, be heard into the northernmost regions of NYC.  Hmmm....?
