New Dashers ? 4067.9 and 4138.05 1025 UTC 1 Jun 2017

This is a new one for me. Well, two new ones. 0.6 second dashes every 2.1 seconds.  I see them on both frequencies, and they appear to fade in and out together.
And now at 1031 they are gone.
