Yes, I could hear the subcontinental music at times.  Probably is CINA.  The other (dominant) station with a talk format is KCNZ Cedar Falls IA.  At :27 seconds into your video, I can hear a man mention "...sitting here at the Foxsports....".  KCNZ airs the Foxsports network.  And at 4:02 on your video, I hear mention of Cedar Valley during an advertisement as "...technology, comfort, and hometime...Cedar Valley and...west in...since 1995...dot com.  At ?? dot com.  Or call 800-??5...".  That's a really great catch if they are indeed using only 1000 watts at night!!!  I hear them fairly often at night here at my QTH.

Attached is an English identification for CINA, and a really nice signal from KCNZ, both recorded here a few years ago.  Maybe these IDs will help you in the future.
