Hearing World Radio 2040 (WR2040), also IDed as WR204 or unit 204 Battle Creek Michigan with very loud audio working another, unheard station, on 27.445 MHz LSB - 27445 kHz LSB 27.445 LSB.  S9 to S9+30 signal running a Yaesu FT-847 and a 2 element Yagi beam antenna.
